Pencool & Pencool Filter? |

I've got a sticker on the side of my air cleaner housing that says I've got Pencool and a Pencool filter.
I know Pencool is an cooling system additive and that it isn't compatible with the other brand of additive. But, how do I figure out if I've still got it in my system and if I do, how do I maintain it? and, where do they hide this filter! Thanks for your continuing patience, |

I have no idea how you tell if it still has Pencool in it or not. What you are looking for though is kind of a small oil filter looking thing. It should say coolant filter on it. They are plumbed into a coolant line or mounted to the block. The majority of the ones I see are on the passenger side. If I remember I will try to get a pic tomorrow. |
