Bumper and Fairing Repairs

Every now and then someone asks if the molded Volvo bumpers and fairing's are repairable.  In most cases the answer is yes but from reading, it's somewhat time consuming and the general consensus is that one would probably be better off replacing a damaged bumper unless the damage is minor.
If you deem your composite bumper un-repairable after researching what's required to repair it or if you decide to upgrade to a stainless steel bumper it is recommend you contact Hendrickson Bumpers as they are a good source for aftermarket bumpers.

Mark and Dale Bruss (Mark) solved the problem with the lower edge fairing bolt cracks by using stainless steel trim on the lower fairing edge.
